About

Our organization, established in February 2015, has spent the past ten years empowering Houston, Districts B and D communities. We focus on providing at-risk youth and families with opportunities in Outdoor Skills, STEM Career Exploration, Mentoring, Character Building, and Mental Wellness. We aim to expand our impact by exposing participants to growth opportunities, helping them become successful students and adults. We also support Women and Disadvantaged Small Business owners, offering technical assistance and resources to foster business growth and job creation. Additionally, we're developing an apprenticeship program for youth and young adults (ages 16-30), providing paid training in essential job skills and career opportunities. Our community outreach includes partnerships with local nonprofits, businesses, and stakeholders, sharing vital resources to enhance the lives of Houston residents.

Mission

Our mission is to create sustainable and equitable communities in the lowest income areas of The City of Houston, in Districts B and D. Our four focuses are Affordable Housing, Women/Disadvantaged Small Businesses; Out of School Time Program with College/Job Skills to Completion; and Community Outreach providing vital information that can change lives!

Vision

Our vision is The City of Houston striving in all communities regardless of backgrounds, nationalities, having equal opportunities to provide for their families, changing their economic situations. We are C.A.R.E.: Caring Adults Representing Eternity!
